Unexpected great find. Food was outstanding! We ordered Pho ribs, flank. Meatballs and spicy rib soup and lemongrass chicken sandwich. All of it was outstanding!!

Solid pho. Surprisingly tasty broth, springy noodles, and good amounts of meat in the bowl. Didn't think I would find pho like this outside of east San Jose.

I LOVE PHO #1 the server stacy is so nice and always makes me feel so super welcome staff is super nice and food is absolutely fire 10/10 would recommend. Pho #1 is called pho #1 for a reason.

We went in craving some pho and omg did this hit the spot. Lately we have been in a pho phase so we have been going to a lot of different Vietnamese restaurants for pho and this by far beats them all. I didn't get the servers name but he was really nice and accommodating. We got the coffee and peach and mango slushies. The coffee one was not too strong but not bitter either. The fruit ones had fresh fruit pieces! We also ordered the calimari and the batter is super light and flavorful! Their sauce was super good too! When the pho came out we were super excited. We ordered 2 beef pho and 1 child pho. They were nice and hot and super flavorful especially after we added our own touch to it with the sauces they have at the tables. Hands down best pho I have had and we have gone as far as San Jose to try pho. In my opinion this place is the best pho restaurant. I will definitely be back and will be brining more of my family to try this place. It's too good to gate keep and not have others try it. We went in there late morning and it was a calm family atmosphere. They had soccer on the tv and there were a good amount of families and couples enjoying lunch. I definitely recommend this place!!

I visited Pho #1 Noodle House during the second week of April while I was in town to renew my passport for an upcoming work trip to Brazil. I was looking forward to enjoying a meal from the original owners, only to find out they had sold the place. This was a bit of a disappointment since I haven't been coming here as often. Additionally, it's unfortunate that the new owners have to deal with my crazy ex, Mike P., aka the Cutco guy. Despite this, the place still holds its charm. I was hoping to catch up with the old owners, but overall, it remains a good spot for a cozy Vietnamese meal with fresh ingredients and traditional, well-prepared broths.

10/10 Highly recommend. I really enjoy their bun bo hue, spicy beef noodle soup. It's a must whenever I'm craving actual Vietnamese food south of San Jose. Their shrimp egg rolls are a crowd favorite, super crispy, and very flavorful.
